BUYING

Buying a house is one of the biggest purchases you will ever make and should not be entered in to lightly. Buying a house with defective plumbing can prove to be a very costly mistake

Although you will probably have a building survey carried out, this rarely covers the plumbing, as the surveyor is not trained to undertake such work.

We will send a highly trained plumbing and heating engineer to undertake the survey. We will then provide you with a full report with any recommendations we have noted.
